DR-4769 Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) – 2023 Storms and Flooding

The DR-4769 HMGP provides funding through FEMA to mitigate hazards resulting from the 2023 winter storms and flooding. Eligible applicants include state agencies, local governments, special districts, and tribes. Projects can include flood mitigation, wildfire mitigation, and infrastructure resilience. A 25% cost-share is required.
