Overview
This program provides free energy efficiency upgrades and rooftop solar systems to low-income farmworker households in specific California counties to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and lower energy costs. Eligible California counties include Region 1 (Fresno, Kings, Madera, Merced, Napa, San Joaqion, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Tulare) and Region 2 (Imperial, Kern, Monterey, Riverside, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz, San Diego, Ventura)
